For seventeen years I worked within an Art College providing support and individual plans for students with disabilities to achieve. I then spent 4 years as an Office Manager in the creative industry where I  became involved in the smooth running of a busy office dealing with both administration and marketing as well as many other ad-hoc tasks. 

My key skills are being organised, efficient, articulate, inclusive and an active listener.

Having grown up in the Norh West of England, I started to climb the corporate ladder developing a successful career in Human Resources within the Financial Services sector.

 After 10 years , I felt that the work /life balance could be improved so moved to rural Ireland and started my own HR consultancy. This allowed me to use my knowledge and experience developing  my skills in various sectors including Creative, Property, Hospitality, Veterinary and Beauty.
